Digital Twins

CAPTURE.CONNECT.COMMAND

Digital Twin capture for construction documentation, facility management, and commercial environments.

What is a Digital Twin?

A digital twin is a fully interactive 3D replica of a real-world space, created using advanced imaging and scanning technology. It allows users to virtually walk through a property, take measurements, and view detailed spatial information from anywhere in the world. More than a virtual tour, a digital twin is an accurate, data-rich model that supports planning, documentation, collaboration, and verification. Whether you're managing construction timelines, showcasing a commercial space, or documenting as-built conditions, digital twins provide a powerful, always-available visual reference. At Genesis Studios, we deliver high-resolution, cloud-hosted digital twins that are easy to navigate, share, and integrate into your workflow. While digital twins can be used for marketing, their primary value lies in documentation, verification, and long-term operational visibility.

FAQ

Is this for construction, commercial, or both?

Digital twins are used across construction, commercial real estate, facilities, and multi-family environments. The capture method is the same; the value is customized based on how the model will be used — for documentation, verification, leasing support, or long-term reference.

Can I take measurements inside the model?

Yes! Our digital twins are fully measurable, accurate to within ~1-2%, making them ideal for floorplanning, estimating, or confirming layout dimensions without being on site.

What tools or software do I need to view the model?

None. Your digital twin is hosted online and viewable through a secure web link on any computer, tablet, or phone—no downloads or special software required.

Can I update or re-scan the space later?

Yes. If your space changes (e.g., after a renovation or equipment install), we can rescan and update your digital twin to reflect the new layout or assets.
